No Return, No Exchange

  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items, "as-is" merchandise, and final sale items.

  • Mattresses, bedding, and other personal-use items once opened.

 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
